As part of this term’s Science, English and Geography curriculum work our Year 2 pupils will be visiting Birmingham Botanical Gardens on Wednesday 30th April. We will be leaving school at 8.50am prompt, so ask that children come in for 8.30am, a little earlier than normal. We will return to school around 3.45pm, traffic permitting.
Children should wear their school uniform for this trip and bring along a sun hat and sun cream for potential hot weather. No spending money is required.
The packed lunch orders are now with the kitchen , if you haven’t ordered one please bring one from home.
The full cost for this trip is £13.00, which includes transport costs, entrance/guided tour charges and insurance. Those who paid for the cancelled trip to Leicester last Autumn have £10.00 credit owing so will only need to pay £3.00 for their child’s trip. Those that did not pay for the Leicester trip do not have a credit owing so will need to pay £13.00. Your child’s Arbor account will show the relevant payment required. Please make payment prior to the date of the trip.
