Breakfast Club at Coleham Primary
We run a Breakfast Club every morning in the school hall from between 7:45 – 8:40am. The club is extremely popular and is run by school staff. Miss Mackey is our Breakfast Club Leader. The cost of the club is £4.00 a day. Our families have permanent spaces for the same sessions each week and a waiting list is held for any new spaces.
The club accepts up to 50 children per session.

Families must pay in advance for their sessions and ensure their account remains in credit.
After School Care Club
We run an After School Club each day from 3pm to 5.45pm. The club is extremely popular and is run by school staff. Miss Nash is our After School Club Leader. The cost of the club is £11.50 per session. Our families have permanent spaces for the same sessions each week and a waiting list is held for any new spaces.
The club accepts up to 50 children per session.
✨ Themed Nights
- Thursday Chef Night – The children will take the lead in preparing and creating a delicious, healthy buffet for everyone to enjoy.
- Friday Sports Night – Our Sports Coach, Mr. Halford, will be joining us for action-packed games, fun competitions, and lots of energetic activities.

⏰ Collection Times & Procedure
Children can be collected at the following times:
- 4:30pm
- 5:00pm
- 5:30pm onwards (final collection at 5.45pm prompt)
Please arrive promptly at your chosen collection time. Miss Nash will greet parents/carers at the main front door and will radio through for your child to come out safely.
After School Club staff finish work at 5.45pm and the school is locked at 5.45pm. In the event you are late, your child will be looked after by a Senior Leader.
💳 Payments & Accounts
Each child has a set number of weekly sessions. All sessions are charged regardless of attendance or absence to secure staffing and your child’s place.
✅ Key reminders:
- Payments must be made in advance.
- Accounts must remain in credit at all times.
- Debtor reminder letters are sent out regularly.
- If a debt builds up, care will need to be suspended the following week until payment is received. We will always notify you in advance if this becomes necessary.
