Autumn Term 2026 Part 1

Clubs run in half termly blocks .

Clubs will restart week commencing Monday 7th September and will run up to and including Friday 16th October. Please note we will not be running clubs in the first 3 days of term 2nd to 4th September.

Please have a look at the Club Schedule and Booking Information and chat with your children about which clubs they might like to sign up for.

Clubs will be released for bookings on Wednesday 22nd July at 6pm.

Please visit Arbor to book clubs run by our staff.  We also offer clubs run by external providers (in grey on the schedule) , please see separate emails to book direct with the club leaders.

HOW TO BOOK-CLUBS RUN BY SCHOOL STAFF

To book a place please log in to your Arbor app.  If a place is available, you will be able to make a payment and this will secure your child’s place.

If you cannot complete the booking on Arbor it will mean the club is full. Unfortunately, Arbor does not have the facility to say FULL it just stops you half way along the booking process.

ATTENDANCE

You pay for the Club block.

POPULARITY

We politely request that you are considerate of others when booking clubs.  Please only book your child onto one club each half term in the first instance to give other children a chance to experience them too.  Please be fair and kind.  If we have not managed to fill all club spaces, we will email parents to say that spaces are still available: at this point you can choose for your child to join two clubs per week.

PICKING UP FROM AFTER SCHOOL CLUBS

Please see the Club Schedule for full details of locations and collection points.   The Club Leader will bring the children out to you at the front entrance. Please remember that we ask that all children be collected from Clubs, including Year 6 children who may normally walk home unaccompanied.

KIT

Some children will already be wearing their PE kit to school.  Please bring kit to change into where it is needed.  (e.g. Forest School).
