For their first writing project of the year, year 5 have been writing traditional tales with a twist, with the aim of sharing these with their year 2 reading buddies.
From Three Little Unicorns instead of Three Little Pigs, and the Cactus Seed Man instead of the Gingerbread Man, their stories are amazing. Year 2 could recognise what had inspired the stories they listened to and gave some really lovely feedback.
