Good morning,
Thank you for your patience in waiting for this information. Now that we have done our Saturday rehearsal, I am able to give your more details about dropping off and picking up times on the days of the show.
Each show will begin at 6:30pm. Therefore, we will need children to be dropped off at 6pm so that they can get into their costumes. Children must only bring a bottle of water with them. No snacks will be needed and if we see children with sweets we will keep hold of them until the end of the show.
If your child is at After School Club, we can make sure that they have eaten well before the show starts and will keep them with us if you require. Please let Miss Nash know if this is the case.
The show will last approximately two hours. Factoring a break into these timings (as well as getting changed afterwards) if you are not in the building watching the show, please collect your child at 8:45pm. Please be patient with us if we over run as it is very hard to be exact with these things. If after the dress rehearsals tomorrow we think it will be significantly different then I will let you know. If you are in the building watching the show, then we will bring the children to you in the foyer once they are changed.
Finally, if anyone would like to donate any cakes or biscuits for the interval of the shows – either homemade or shop bought – we would be very grateful. These can be left at the office anytime this week.
