Dear Parents and Carers,
I am writing to inform you about a temporary change to the KS2 playground area. A section of the playground has been cordoned off due to a health and safety concern relating to a building issue on the property behind our school (please see the attached picture).
Please be assured that the safety of our pupils is our highest priority. We have sought advice from the Local Authority and are working with the landlord of the property. At this time alternate arrangements have been made to playtimes to facilitate the children’s safety. We hope for this matter to be resolved promptly.
We kindly ask that you avoid the cordoned area at all times, and please make sure your children do so at collection / drop-off times. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation while we work to resolve this matter.
