Years 1, 4 and 6 experienced the vibrant rhythms of West Africa through our African Drumming workshop. The energy was electric as our expert drummer filled the hall with powerful beats.
They learnt about the history of African drumming and different ways to play a djembe drum. With enough djembes for every child they immersed themselves in rhythm, teamwork, and the joy of making music together. 🌍🎶 Some children had the chance to be conductors to their class. A great time was had by all 😊
