On Wednesday, year 5 were due to walk to the the Flaxmill, however due to the rising temperature it was deemed unsuitable to walk that far in the afternoon heat.
Not to fear though, as plans changed to visit the Dingle (another aspect of their geography work this term) and even played a game of rounders with Mr Halford, some football with Mr Hughes and sketching in the shade with Mrs Stennett alongside a picnic lunch!
