Mr Venn took a team of runners from year 2 up to year 6 to Shrewsbury High School to compete in their annual Quarry Run. U9’s completed a 1.5km race whilst the U11s completed a 2km race, both with a gruelling hill halfway.
The children were amazing, each and everyone of them gave it their all, and most importantly cheered for everyone, including those from other schools.
We finished 1st overall in all four categories, taking a clean sweep of the shields – amazing work.
