Join us for an evening meeting to organise our upcoming Plant & Craft Fair taking place on Saturday 20th May.

Who: Everybody is welcome, staff, parents, friends and members of the community
For every school fair we have 1 planning meeting to organise it. We’re all busy people and so 1 meeting is all it takes! We love to utilise the skills and talents of our parents and ensure it is a real community event focused on things the children love.
This years Belle Vue Arts Festival theme is ‘Superheroes’ which we will incorporate into our Plant & Craft Fair and Children’s Competition Exhibits.
Please come along, there are no ongoing commitments for other events, no formalities, and no minutes! Just a simple meeting to arrange plants, competitions, refreshments, entertainment, crafts and games the children will love!
Make a difference to our children- our community fairs provide children with independence, a safe place to socialise with friends, a sense of belonging in our community and special childhood memories. Can you help out?
We may even pop for a drink to have a little social afterwards.
