This small group of year 6 children took part in the bonus round of The Primary Maths Challenge after progressing through the first stage back in October. The bonus round challenge questions were challenging to say the least but all three children worked hard to answer them all. We have had their results back this week and are very proud of their individual achievements.
Eva Westcott achieved a Gold Award, which actually places her in the top 6% of mathematicians of her age in the country. Matthew Robinson achieved a Silver Award, which again is a fantastic achievement. William Norman achieved a merit for getting as far as the bonus round as only a low percentage of children in the country progress to this stage.
Well done to all three children on their mathematical achievements.
